Reimbursement
Accounts
- Health Care Reimbursement Account - annual employee
contribution maximum of $4,000
- Dependent Care Reimbursement Account - annual employee

Adoption Assistance Plan
Paid
Time Off ("PTO")
- Flexibility to manage holidays, vacation and sick
time from a single bank of earned accrued time
- Eligibility for PTO is the first of the month following
completion of three months of continuous active employment
Retirement
Plans
- MMC Defined Benefit Pension Plan - MMC pays the
entire cost of the plan. Eligibility is one year of
service, 750 hours and age 21
- Vesting: 5 years of service
- 403(b) Retirement Plan - eligibility is immediate from
date of hire. Employees may defer up to
the 2009 annual allowable contribution level of $16,500 and $22,000 for employees turning
age 50 during 2009.

Matching
Contribution Benefit - Employees who participate in the 403(b)
Plan are eligible to receive a $.50 on the dollar match,
on the first 4% of employee contributions up to a
maximum of 2% of pay. Matching contributions are made
after a one-year waiting period, retroactive to the
date of hire.
Tuition
Reimbursement Plan
- $2,000 per year available for work-related approved
courses
- Eligibility for Tuition Reimbursement is the first
of the month following completion of six months continuous
active employment
